Your chauffeur and vehicle stay reserved throughout the booking, so the family continues with the same car between appointments, activities, shopping and dinner. Two-hour minimum within New York City.

Airport Transfers

More than an airport pickup.

JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro and Westchester. Your flight is monitored and pickup is coordinated around your arrival, with child seats prepared before you land.

Hourly family chauffeur service has a two-hour minimum within New York City, and each reserved hour includes up to 12 miles of travel. Your chauffeur remains available throughout the reservation for waiting and multiple planned stops.

For longer distances, or itineraries beyond New York City, our reservations team arranges the appropriate point-to-point or custom service.

A Premium Sedan suits smaller families travelling light and direct transfers. A Premium SUV gives more passenger and luggage room for suitcases, strollers and child seats — for many family reservations it is the most practical choice. A First Class SUV offers Escalade service, and an Executive Sprinter is available for larger private parties. Each child seat occupies one passenger seating position, so if you are unsure what will accommodate your passengers, seats and luggage, contact us before booking.

Does RideSoHo transport children without a parent or adult?

No. A parent, guardian or responsible adult must accompany passengers under 18. RideSoHo does not provide transportation for unaccompanied minors.

Do you provide daily school transportation?

No. RideSoHo is a private chauffeur and luxury car service, not a school transportation provider. We do not provide recurring unaccompanied school runs or school bus service. Families may reserve RideSoHo when an adult is travelling with the children.

Do you provide a chaperone or caregiver?

No. RideSoHo provides transportation and a professional chauffeur. We do not provide childcare, supervision, chaperones or caregivers. Supervision remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult throughout the reservation.

Is there a minimum for hourly family chauffeur service?

Yes. Hourly service within New York City has a two-hour minimum, and the chauffeur and vehicle remain reserved for your family throughout the booked period.

How many miles are included with hourly service?

Hourly reservations include up to 12 miles per reserved hour within New York City. Longer-distance trips and transportation beyond NYC are arranged separately by our reservations team.

Can we make multiple stops on an hourly reservation?

Yes. Hourly service is designed for New York City itineraries involving multiple stops and waiting — appointments, activities, restaurants and hotels across the same day.

Can we bring our own child seat?

Yes. Families may travel with their own child restraint equipment. Let our reservations team know in advance if seating capacity or luggage space may be a concern.

Is this a shuttle service?

No. RideSoHo provides private prearranged transportation. Your reservation is for your party and is never combined with unrelated passengers or other families.

Which vehicle should we reserve for a family?

Smaller parties travelling light may be comfortable in a sedan. Families with several passengers, child seats, strollers or substantial luggage are generally better suited to an SUV. For larger private groups, ask about Executive Sprinter availability.

Can you take our family to the Hamptons, Connecticut or New Jersey?

Yes. RideSoHo arranges private long-distance family transportation from New York City to the Hamptons, Westchester, Connecticut, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boston and Washington D.C. Contact reservations for the appropriate vehicle and rate.
