What is the minimum hourly booking?

Minimums vary by vehicle class and time of day. The exact minimum and rate for your trip are shown when you book.

What happens if my day runs longer than booked?

The booking is extended at the same hourly rate. Tell your chauffeur or call dispatch and the reservation is adjusted.

Does hourly service include mileage?

Yes. Twelve miles are included per hour booked within New York City. Trips extending beyond the city are quoted by dispatch.

Is hourly cheaper than booking separate trips?

It depends on the day. For two point-to-point trips with a long gap, separate bookings usually cost less. For three or more stops, unpredictable timing, or any day where you need the car to wait, hourly is normally both cheaper and easier.

Can I use hourly service outside New York City?

Yes. Hourly bookings can extend to Westchester, Long Island, the Hamptons, New Jersey and Connecticut, quoted by dispatch.

Can I change my itinerary during an hourly booking?

Yes. Within the booked period you can add or change stops as you go. Nothing needs to be rebooked.

Which vehicle should I book hourly for a group?

An Executive Sprinter carries up to 14 passengers with 8 bags. For six or fewer, a Premium SUV or First Class SUV is usually the better choice.
