Your rate is calculated from the route and vehicle class and shown in full when you reserve — including tolls and route planning. It does not change with traffic, demand or weather.

If you would rather hold the vehicle between stops, hourly service is the better structure.

Premium Sedan and First Class Sedan carry 3 passengers with 2 bags. Premium SUV and First Class SUV carry 6 with 5 bags. Executive Sprinter carries up to 14.

Yes. Your rate is calculated from the route and vehicle class and confirmed when you book. It does not change with traffic, demand or weather.

Is there surge pricing?

No. Rates do not increase during rush hour, bad weather or after large events.

Are tolls included in the rate?

Yes. Tolls and route planning are included in the rate shown at booking.

Should I book point to point or hourly?

Book point to point for a single journey or two trips hours apart. Book hourly when you have three or more stops, unpredictable timing, or need the vehicle to wait.

Can I add a stop to a point to point trip?

A brief additional stop can usually be accommodated and quoted at booking. For multiple stops, hourly service is the better structure.

How early does the chauffeur arrive?

Your chauffeur is positioned 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

Can I book point to point outside New York City?
